What is a Milestone session? A Milestone portrait sessions are typically done throughout their first year, whether that’s at 3 months, 6 months or 9 months up to their Cake Smash birthday session.
They are done here in the studio with simple, timeless props, and the main focus would be to capture their developing skills from crawling to sitting unassisted to standing and walking.
Cake Smash sessions on the other hand are an excellent way to celebrate that FIRST special Birthday. These sessions are the most fun for both babies and parents! Babies tend to enjoy digging into the cake with their hands and feet and it’s a beautiful way to capture this special milestone.
