First Birthday & Cake Smash Guide
I’ve put together a list of tips to help you plan for your baby’s photoshoot!
Session Info
Cake Smash sessions are typically done right before a baby’s 1st Birthday.
They last 60-90 minutes depending on the baby. They include a few simple portraits of the baby, a few Family shots, Cake smashing, and an optional bubble bath to clean up & make it fun for babies who are able to sit independently.
My style is timeless & simple, it includes a Balloon garland with custom color themes, some simple props, and greenery. Please note that I do not do specific cartoon characters or TV show requests for these sessions.
Cakes are not provided due to allergy precautions, so you will need to bring your own simple 6″ naked smash cake.
Investment
The session Fee is $200 for a custom Cake Smash session. That includes a customized setup and color theme, the use of props, backdrops, lighting, balloon garland, and accessories.
The session fee does not include digital images or print products.
A La Carte Wall Art or Prints start at $190 and packages start at $790. All prints and wall art are Archival and meant to last a lifetime!
*Clients typically spend $1000-$2000 on their products & image collections.
