Meet Baby Lucy!

Baby Lucy came in for her Milestone session at a little over 6 months old. She resembled Little Miss Sunshine with her wide, bright face and adorable cheeks. It took her a short while to get used to my studio – it is a new environment after all, but shortly after she was all ready to kick start her modeling career.
For her Milestone photoshoot, my goal is always to focus on the baby by using minimal props. We started with beautiful embroidered romper and a cream backdrop which focuses on the girly side of her. Then we moved to a simple Valentine’s day setup which included a romper with hearts on it. There were a few tears along the way but we got some beautiful shots!
We then moved to a Pink setup with a cute little bed, and ended with a floral backdrop and a top down shot which basically focuses on her facial expressions. Our goal is to capture those special moment right before their first birthday because they’re only this little for a short time!

What are Milestone Photoshoots?
A Milestone photoshoot is a session done here in my Waldwick studio, for babies aged between 3 to 12 months. Milestone sessions focus on the baby using minimal props or accessories, and its goal is to capture timeless photographs of your baby documenting their new skills – whether that’s rolling over, sitting unassisted, standing up unassisted or walking.
